Training

AI capability that lives inside your team

The teams that win with AI in the next five years aren't the ones with the biggest vendor contract. They're the ones whose people actually understand the technology and can make practical calls about where to use it. That's what training is for.

Three programs, depending on whether you're trying to align leadership, level up a team, or genuinely embed the capability in-house.

Executive briefing

Half day · 3 hoursLeadership team, board members, exec sponsorsIndicative pricing on request

A grounded session for the people deciding where AI fits in the next 12-month strategy. We cut through the hype, walk through what AI is actually doing in NZ businesses today, show working examples in our trial workspace, and run an interactive prioritisation exercise on your own operation.

What you'll leave with

  • A shared mental model of what AI does and doesn't do, calibrated to your industry
  • A ranked list of the three to five workflows where AI would most likely move the needle for you
  • Clear language to use when talking about AI internally, with vendors, and to customers
  • Honest answers about cost, timeline, risk, and what to ignore

Format

On-site at your office, or remote via video. Up to 8 attendees per session for the interactive parts to land properly.

Team capability workshop

Two full daysOperations, product, and engineering teams (mixed group works best)Indicative pricing on request

A hands-on workshop for the people who'll actually live with the AI tools you adopt. Day one is grounding: how LLMs work, how voice agents work, how to evaluate vendors, how to write good prompts and good system prompts. Day two is doing: each attendee builds a working prototype on their own data using tools they'll have access to from day one.

What you'll leave with

  • Every attendee leaves with a working prototype tied to a real workflow in your operation
  • Confidence to evaluate AI vendors and call out hype
  • A team-shared library of prompts and patterns they can keep extending
  • Clear opinions on what to build internally vs buy off-the-shelf

Format

Two consecutive days, on-site preferred. Up to 12 attendees. Laptops required (we'll send a setup checklist a week ahead).

Embedded build sprint

Four weeksIn-house engineering teams who'll own the long-term capabilityIndicative pricing on request

Our team embeds with yours for four weeks. Together we ship one production AI workflow end-to-end: discovery, scoping, model selection, build, integration, deploy. Your engineers are the ones holding the keyboard. We're there to teach by doing, not to deliver something they can't maintain.

What you'll leave with

  • One real AI workflow live in production by week four, owned by your team
  • Your engineers fluent in the patterns, prompts, and pitfalls so the next workflow takes half as long
  • A documented architecture they can extend without us
  • An ongoing direct line for questions after the sprint ends, included for 60 days

Format

Our team on-site for the bulk of the engagement, remote for the rest. Pair-programming primarily. Your team commits engineers full-time for the duration so the knowledge transfer actually lands.

Custom programs

If your situation doesn't match one of the three above (a regulated industry, a remote workforce, a specific stack you need us to teach within) tell us. We design custom programs regularly and the conversation costs nothing.
